Lemon Spice Cake
Honey is rich in carbohydrates, helps prevent energy fatigue and has been used for centuries as a natural ingredient to fight disease. Many believe honey is an important substance in the fight against cancer because it possesses carcinogen prevention and anti-tumour properties. Honey has long been used in the dressing of wounds and on ulcers because it fights inflammation and is an anti-oxidant and anti-bacterial agent. Honey improves the digestive system, reduces swelling and arthritic pain. A mix of honey and almond milk makes a great skin softener and moisturiser because honey is able to absorb moisture from the air.

Health Benefits of Berries:
These tiny gifts of nature keep their health-giving properties whether cooked or raw. Berries are powerhouses of nutrition because they contain high levels of phytochemicals that help protect us from cell damage. According to research published in the neurology journal, tests show that those who eat a minimum of two servings of berries per week have a 25% less chance of developing Parkinson's disease and have good memory retention.
